Tom Georges III
Graduated University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Business, and a B.S. in Economics. Attended University of Oregon School of Law and I have an M.B.A. from U.O. School of Business. Sales Manager at Oregon Linen Rental until opening Room by Room, Inc. in 1989.
Current position: President of Room by Room, Inc. where the designers occasionally let me think I actually run the place... but I know better :-)
Design Philosophy: I stay as far away from the design aspect of the business as I can. I can see what beautiful things the Designers can accomplish... but, just like 99% of the population, I couldn't possibly do what they do -- it is truly remarkable what a difference they can make.
Fun Fact: Have been an avid wine taster and am fortunate enough to have a cellar filled with old Bordeaux, Burgundy, Super Tuscans, and Champagne. I have also been an avid collector and taster of Single Malt Scotch since LONG before it became tragically hip! I even enjoy a good cigar (when my wife lets me.)
